We are proud to introduce our hard-working, dedicated, and knowledgeable team members who make sure that each and every customer experience is a pleasant one.

Our team is made up of five key workers. These include Martin Green, the owner and Managing Director; Robert Smith, our Operations Manager; Louise Smith, our Head of Transport Planning; Lucy King, our Customer Service Manager; and finally, our Senior Driver, George Brown.

Martin Green is the founder and Managing Director of The London Movers. Having started the business in 2015, Martin has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the removal industry. He has successfully grown the business into one with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service. His expertise lies in strategic planning and delivery management.

Robert Smith is the Operations Manager at The London Movers. He is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including overseeing driver performance and ensuring customer satisfaction. Robert holds a BA in Business Administration and several years of managerial experience in the logistics sector.

Louise Smith is the Head of Transport Planning at The London Movers. She is responsible for managing the dispatch of vehicles, optimising means of travel, and ensuring that our drivers complete their tasks in a timely and efficient manner. She also provides operational guidance to ensure that all methodologies are followed consistently. Louise holds an MSc in Logistics Management from the University of London.

Lucy King is our Customer Service Manager. In this role, she is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by overseeing the quality assurance process and resolving customer queries. She has several years of experience working in customer service, and she holds a diploma in hospitality management.

George Brown is the Senior Driver at The London Movers. He is responsible for transporting goods safely and on time and for providing the highest level of customer service. George has extensive experience driving large vans, and he holds a valid C1 driving license.
